Along with his wife, Pam, Sean has been in the pizza business since 1996 when they bought their first pizza business in New Jersey. Returning to their home in Medina, they purchased the local Romeo's when it became available about two years ago. As one of the busiest pizzerias in town, they have earned an impressive reputation for their subs, salads, pasta dinners, wings, and fries. Everything, including their sauce, is made from scratch in their own kitchen. Specializing in carry-out business and deliveries, Sean and Pam strive to make sure that every single order that leaves their shop is absolutely perfect and all of their orders carry their unconditional quality guarantee. Delivering to the entire Medina area, they employ a staff of thirty that includes twelve drivers and an in-house staff of eighteen. The key to Romeo's success is a well refined system of running the business coupled with a great product. Sean and Pam are to commended not only for their success in the pizza business but also for setting an example of how local businesses can become more involved with the local community. They regularly host groups of pre-schoolers where in addition to giving the children a tour of the facility, they even take the time to teach the children to make their own little pizzas and award them certificates as Certified Pizza Maker's from Romeo's.
