If someone has inherited a piece of jewelry that they want to keep but would like to change, I take the jewelry, melt it down and take out the stones, add a little bit more gold depending on what the customer wants, and I make a new piece of jewelry from it. They can wear the very same thing, only with a different shape. I'm a sentimentalist and find doing this to be very rewarding. Other customers have something in mind but cannot find it in a store. As long as they can give me a sketch or something from a magazine that shows me what they're looking for, we can put it together for them. Myself and my two master craftsmen custom design every piece of jewelry.
