Even after she accepted a position at a small animal hospital in Medina, her part-time pet sitting clientele continued to grow. In June 2006 Nichole decided to focus her full-time attention on serving the needs of her clients and their pets, and Happier at Home Pet Sitting, LLC became her new career. We visited with Nichole recently, and listened as she provided this overview of her company's services;</p> <blockquote><p align="justify"><i>Happier at Home Pet Sitting, LLC specializes in providing the best animal care in Medina County (next to you, of course) while you are away from home. Our services include pet sitting, dog walking, and a pet taxi service. While we typically provide care for dogs and cats, we have also looked after horses, raccoons, birds, snakes, and lizards. We are a member of Pet Sitters International, Pet Sitters Association, and the Better Business Bureau, and we are insured, bonded, and have a registered veterinary technician on duty at all times!</i></p> <p align="justify"><i>When you go out of town, we will come to your home as many times a day as needed to feed, walk, and care for your pets. When your animal needs to go to the vet or groomer and you do not have the time to fit it into your busy schedule, we will pick up your pet, take it to the vet or groomers, and bring it back home afterward. We are also available to transport your dog to doggie day care and bring them home again at the end of the day.</i></p> <p align="justify"><i>Vacation pet sitting includes daily feeding, watering, and walking of the animals. We will play with your pets indoors, or provide outdoor play time if you have a place for them to play outside. Each pet receives an abundance of personalized love and attention. We have one client who has us brush her dog's teeth each day, and as a Registered Veterinary Technician I am qualified to give insulin injections and allergy injections while the owner is away. While in the home we also take care of special requests, such as watering the houseplants, bringing in the newspapers from the driveway, and adding chlorine to the swimming pool.</i></p> <p align="justify"><i>The service we provide is very different than what you will receive at a kennel. We come to your home and provide your pet with the same type of one-on-one care they receive when you are home. Your pet will be more comfortable in their own familiar environment, not be exposed to illnesses they might encounter at a boarding facility, and will benefit from being on their normal routine schedule, eating their own food, and enjoying exercise and play time just as they would if you were there.</i></p> <p align="justify"><i>Our service area includes Medina City, Medina Township, Montville Township, Sharon Township, Granger Township, Southern Brunswick and Brunswick Hills, Eastern Lafayette Township, and parts of Valley City.</i></p></blockquote> <p align="justify">Happier at Home Pet Sitting, LLC is dedicated to keeping pets happier at home!
