Born in Beirut, Lebanon, Dib Azar lived in Cannes, France for six years while attending high school and college. Like many high school students, he was eager to find a job where he could earn some extra money. Dib found employment in a local restaurant starting first as a bus boy and dishwasher, then working his way up as his knowledge increased. After immigrating to the United States, Dib founded the Brunswick Family Restaurant on February 2, 2003. We met with Dib recently, and listened as he described his restaurant's offerings;

Brunswick Family Restaurant serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner seven days a week. Our cuisine is a combination of traditional American fare combined with many Lebanese dishes. From soups and sauces to chili, meatloaf, stuffed peppers, cherry and apple pie, and Baklava, all of our food is prepared from scratch.

Our breakfast menu includes eggs, omelettes, pancakes, country fried steak, and skillets. Our lunch and dinner menu is packed with a wide assortment of appetizers, salads, burgers, classic sandwiches, and homemade specialties, such as pot roast, pork chops, and meatloaf. We serve shrimp, steaks, fish dinners, and a very popular open face prime rib sandwich.

Our Lebanese selections include Kibee, Hummus, Falafel, Tabouli, and Kabobs. We have a FaTouch salad, stuffed grape leaves, meat pies, spinach pies, etc. On Thursdays we serve Lebanese food all day. We enjoy introducing our customers to different foods and cultures, and our customers appreciate the opportunity to sample the incomparable flavors of the Middle East.

We love our customers and treat them well. We strive to make them feel at home and take pride in providing them with delicious homemade food that has been cooked to order.
